DIRECTIONS:
From 95 Heading North:
Take Route 95 going North
Take the State Offices exit (which is right before Route 146)
At the end of the off ramp, head straight through the light. This is State St.
At the next traffic light, take a right onto US – 44, Smith Street
(the State House will be on your left)
Travel straight on Smith Street for approximately 3.5 miles (12 traffic lights).
Smith Street will curve (Citizens Bank on your left, Dunkin Donuts on right)
Atlantic Boulevard will be your next left. The corner of 1810 Smith Street.
The Center will be directly on your left.
From 95 Heading South:
Take I-95 South to the Branch Avenue exit 24
Turn slight right onto Branch Avenue and follow for approx. 2 miles
Take slight right onto RT-7/Douglas Avenue
Turn left onto RT-15/ Mineral Spring Avenue
Turn left onto Smithfield Road
Take slight right onto Fruit Hill Avenue
Turn right onto US 44/Smith Street
Turn left onto Atlantic Boulevard. At the corner of 1810 Smith Street
The Center will be on the left.
From 295 (from North or South, same exit number)
Take Route 295 to US-44 via exit number 7A (Centredale)
This will become Smith Street
Travel approximately 2.4 miles or through 3 traffic lights traveling through downtown Centredale
Stay straight through small rotary – you remain on Smith Street
Travel approximately 1 mile and you will approach Atlantic Boulevard on your right.
At the corner of 1810 Smith Street.
The Center is directly behind Cool Licks Ice Cream Shop
